matters relating to the valuation, adjustment and settlement of

state to state. All UP public adjuster sponsors are members of the
National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.
Cleanup & Restoration
Services:
Professionals who specialize in cleaning up property damage
and restoring property to pre-loss condition. Licensing and professional

Disaster Recovery, Estimators and
Appraisers:
Professionals who specialize in preparing scopes of loss and/or
determining the extent, nature and amount of property damage,
appropriate repair methods and calculating the cost of repairing and
replacing damaged or destroyed property. Licensing and professional

Financial Professionals:
Finance experts with varying types of professional
qualifications and certifications. Includes Certified Financial
Planners, Certified Public Accountants, Enrolled Agents and Registered

Independent Insurance Brokers:
Insurance agents who represents multiple insurance companies,
not just a single one. Licensing, bonding and professional conduct rules
