My insurance company invoked the appraisal process due to a disagreement between "loss to a set or pair",the insurance companies appraiser sent our representative a list of umpires (which i previously asked a question on ..thank you for your response) I just received an email from the insurance company stating that until an umpire appraiser is agreed upon than the appraisal process can not move forward. Isnt an umpire appraiser only chosen if the two appraisers cannot come to an agreement? Also, can you change your appraiser after declaring them as your representative?
