I just saw the KPIX 5 report and have been trying to get flood insurance for my home in San Francisco. Nobody seems to know anything about it...finally, a FEMA recommended insurer will write a policy for me with $100,000 structure/$50,000 content policy for a whopping $1350 annum. Is this the best deal in flood insurance here? My address is 215 Tingley Street San Francisco. I am 215 feet above sea level. Thank you.
