I cut down a fence that was on my property, or I had good reason to believe was on my property, faxing the local district attorney what part of the fence that I was going to cut down. I was maliciously prosecuted for Felony Criminal Mischief and convicted of a Misdemeanor, based on the perjury of five persons. A Civil suit was filed that I informed my Homeowners Policy holder about but they did not respond to my first verbal requests for assistance, but knew that I had been Maliciously Prosecuted for the Criminal Charge and that the Civil Lawsuit was also Malicious Prosecution because Maine Law does not let lot lines in Subdivisions be changed without going through a Planning Board Process I am wondering about the validity of a bad faith breach of contract against my Homeowners and Umbrella Insurance Policy. I tried to file a Federal Lawsuit and represent myself but eventually lost.
