We hired a restoration company whom we are now in litigation with. We are doing the rebuild ourselves open items on the scope. I contacted my agent to ask how long do i have to submit the code upgrade receipts and he wont tell me. he said answer these questions and i will answer you so i did and then he said well send me what you have so far and i will look at it, He still never answered my question what can i do, i don't want time to run out.?
