Regarding the "How to Communicate with your Insurance Company" webpage (http://www.uphelp.org/library/resource/speak-how-communicate-your-insurance-company). My company seems to be organized differently in that the adjuster works for a 3rd party company and not for the insurance company. When I've called my insurance company to complain and push for an update... they take no responsibly for contacting the adjuster for their report or for giving them a deadline for completion. Who can I contact since the adjuster's supervisor doesn't work for the insurance company and the insurance company is not being cooperative in that they will not contact the adjuster for an update?
