Am I not legally entitled to receive a copy of the Structural Engineer's report once it is released to our insurance company? They will not allow us to see this report in advance for our review and our contractors review prior to a sit down meeting with our adjustor and his supervisor? They have already emailed us with details such as that no structural damage was found, which we are disputing based on our Catastrophic Adjustor's own report. They will not even allow our agent access to this report.
