I'm a volunteer case manager for flood-affected residents. One of my clients had her homeowner's insurance coverage dropped by Travelers after she suffered property damage from the September 2013 flooding in Boulder, Colorado. She believes her coverage was dropped because she complained about a Travelers adjuster trespassing in her house. What recourse does she have? Thank you very much.
