I lost my home in the High Park Fire in Livermore, Colorado. I have already previously been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I would like to know if you folks have created a form for requesting waiver of listing items lost (more traumatizing and inhumane than nearly anything I've experienced prior). I am wondering if you have created a specfic suggested document to use requesting waiver for medical reasons. Please know I appreciate this site and all the help that United Policyholders has brought to us here in Colorado. The issues are overwhelming and having to then make a heart breaking list of all personal property is truly inhumane. Again, thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
