Was given a figure of $154,000 for complete project [house raising and refinishing interior with appliances etc.included.] My contribution would be $54,000 from insurance proceeds.I am entitled to up to $30,000 from the ICC insurance. They told me at RREM that if I do get the ICC money of $30,000, it would go to them. This would make my contribution $84,000 instead of $54,000. Is this correct? Thank you.
