I discover my home owners insurance policy the following phrase: "sudden and accidental direct physical loss". Somewhere in the information of uphelp.org I learn that this phrase may restrict my rights in a claim. I will be shopping for a different insurance carrier because of that phrase but would like to know how that phrase could cause me difficulty after a disaster. Would you refer me to a link where I can read and come to understand about this phrase and similar important adjectives? Or, better, simply explain. Thank you. I love this sight and have donated to the cause. Sincerely yours, JR, Rochester, NY
