I have (2) bedrooms on the 2nd floor of my house, each with new water damage to their ceilings and I've filed a claim with my insurance co. My claim adjuster who did not go on the roof but looked at it from down the street said that there is only wind damage to the west side of the roof and that they'll only pay for that half of the roof. My question is how can there only be damage to the west side of the roof if the first room is on the front east side of the house and the second room is on the back west side of the house?
