If your property has been damaged or destroyed, we are here to help.
Please take our short, confidential survey on your insurance status 6 months post-fire. The information we gather through your responses will help us continue providing services to Camp Fire impacted households.
In this library and through our Roadmap to Recovery program, you can access guidance and information on navigating insurance and recovering from losses due to the Camp Fire. As you move through the process, we encourage you to use a three-ring binder, notebook or UP R2R journal to stay organized. Use it to keep track of communications, problems and progress. Use it to keep receipts for items you replace or repair, and expenses due to losing the use of your home. These items are generally reimburseable under your "Additional Living Expense" insurance coverage.
Educating yourself through our program will increase your odds of getting a full and fair insurance settlement, help you make good decisions and regain financial and emotional health. Seek out others who are insured with the same company you're insured with, share information and stay in touch with them as best you can. UP is here to support you. We're rooting for you!
